FAQs

Archer Carpet and Tile Cleaning

  • Do you offer commercial carpet cleaning or just residential?

Our services encompass both commercial and residential carpet cleaning to meet the needs of various clients.
  • How long does it take for the carpets to dry after cleaning them?

Typically, carpets require 6 to 8 hours to dry. However, we recommend exercising caution when walking on the cleaned areas for at least 24 hours.
  • What method of cleaning do you use?

We employ the steam cleaning method for our carpet cleaning services.
  • Can we walk on the carpets while they are wet?

While it is possible to walk on wet carpets, we advise clients to be cautious for at least 24 hours after cleaning.
  • Do you clean grout?

Yes, we provide grout cleaning services. Our process cleans both the tile and grout simultaneously.
  • Do you seal the grout after it is cleaned?

Grout sealing is available after the cleaning process. We recommend allowing at least one full day for the grout to dry completely before sealing.
  • Do you do carpet stretching?

We offer carpet stretching services as well as carpet repair solutions.
  • Should I open the windows after carpet cleaning?

We generally advise against opening windows. Instead, we recommend using cool, circulating air from your air conditioning system. If air conditioning is unavailable, opening windows for airflow may be necessary, but this could potentially increase drying time due to outside moisture.
  • We are doing renovations. Should we have the carpets cleaned first or last?

It's advisable to schedule carpet cleaning after all renovations are complete. Renovation work often leaves dust and debris on floors, so cleaning carpets and tiles last ensures the best results.
  • How long does it take the furniture to dry after being steam cleaned?

After steam cleaning, furniture typically requires between 3 to 5 hours to dry completely.
